Hi all, well my first day of eating healthy yesterday did not go to plan. I didn't get breakfast until 11.30am, which actually was quite healthy, I had 3 boiled eggs( got about 40 eggs that need using up) and a slice of wholemeal bread and butter. I didn't have any lunch and for dinner we had oven baked fish and homemade oven baked chips( could have gone to the fish and chip shop and everything would have been deep fried, eek) All was going not too bad until the evening when I found a bottle of rose wine left over from Christmas, I do not drink often due to my work so when I do I lose track of how much I am drinking and just keep pouring........ I'm just thinking about all those excess calories consumed for no reason : ( I know my eating is linked to emotions and I also know I should leave the emotional stuff to God, but as a recently saved Christian I am still struggling with this one!! I
Today homewise, I have had a very productive day, have sorted the study, heaps, heaps of paperwork to be filed, sorted out my list of debts i,e credit cards, this is something I struggle with immensly in my walk with Christ, I know debt is bad and something that displeases God but I used to have a bit of a shopping addiction and even if I had money in the bank would still use my card, So 2010 is going to be the year I become debt free and making sure my finances are in order so my husband and I can try for a much, much wanted baby!! I wonder if any of my readers?!?!? if there are any, struggle with the same issues!
Blessings

Hi and welcome!
Hi and welcome to my blog, this is my first blog post and the first of many I hope and pray. In my daily blog I will be blogging about my life as a working christian wife and mother. I will also blog about my interest in frugaliality.
I hope through this blog I may meet fellow likeminded christian women who know the difficulties that we face in our walk with the Lord. I look forward to speaking with you all in the future and pray that God blesses you all.
